For localized attachment points or areas subject to special stresses, various materials can be specifically integrated into the lightweight panels to ensure maximum stability and functionality.

Innovative fastening elements such as threaded inserts, blind rivet nuts, big heads, threaded inserts (Rampamuffen), Helicoils, and rivets are used in the process. Each of these elements offers specific advantages: threaded inserts provide particularly robust fastening, while blind rivet nuts and rivets enable quick and reliable connections. Big heads and Rampamuffen deliver additional stability and are ideal for higher loads. Helicoils create durable and secure thread connections that withstand even intensive use.

By optimally combining these built-in components and materials, customized lightweight panels are created that meet the highest demands for stability, load capacity, and flexibility. In this way, we develop innovative solutions precisely tailored to our customers’ needs.
